The Global Group Visa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The program will be in effect from order entry date of February 1, 2012 through to December 31, 2015
  2. A dealer sales representative must be signed up on the Rewards program and have a PIN number.
  3. Visa credit Rewards will be awarded to the Dealer Sales Representative PIN number account for each qualified purchase of Global Upholstery, Global Contract and/or Descor product.
  4. Purchase orders must have the PIN number clearly stated in order for the PIN number account to be credited.
  5. When a Purchase Order is received with no identifying PIN number, no credit will be issued.
  6. All Visa credit Rewards calculations are based upon net invoice amounts, exclusive of freight, taxes and other non-product charges, during the duration of the program.
  7. The program is only valid for qualifying Dealerships. A qualifying Dealership is one whose accounts with The Global Group remain within agreed credit terms.
  8. Visa Credit Rewards may only be used by Dealer Sales Representatives and are non-transferable.
  9. Visa Rewards will be calculated as follows. All calculations are based on net sales excluding taxes and freight. No Rewards will be awarded where the discounts are greater than the following to earn Rewards:
    • Global Upholstery/Global Express/Global Express West/Global Express Calgary - 50/10/10/5
    • Global OTG and MARVEL 50/10/10/10
    • Global Contract Keyboard package combos or monitor arms - 45/27
    • Global Contract Seating - 45/27
    • Global Upholstery Keyboard package combos or monitor arms - 50/10/10/5
  10. Any liability for federal or provincial income taxes on Global Group Visa Rewards program earnings shall be the responsibility of each participant, not the Global Group.
  11. Credit will be uploaded to your Global Group Visa Rewards card in the month following the month of invoicing.
  12. The Global Group reserves the right to change, revise or cancel this program or any other aspect of this program without notice.
  13. The Global Group reserves the right to withdraw or withhold points from a participant's account, in the event the underlying purchase is not paid for by the Dealership.
  14. By reason of cost variations beyond our control, we reserve the right to increase or decrease, without notice, the value required for specific awards.
  15. The Global Group visa Rewards card is a prepaid loaded visa card and will only have a maximum card value of $5,000.00. The card can only have credit added to it by The Global Group and not by any participant on the program.
  16. The Visa cards may not be resold or offered for sale to consumers. All participants acknowledge that the Visa card issued to cardholders are owned by the The Bank of Nova Scotia and that the Bank may cancel any card at any time for any reason with reasonable prior notice to cardholders.
  17. The Global Group will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen card as well as any fraud that occurred with a participants Visa card.
  18. Any orders for Global Contract, Descor and/or Global Upholstery for The Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada and TD Canada Trust through a dealer are not eligible to earn cash back on the VISA Rewards program.
  19. Earn 5% cash uploaded to participants VISA on the net invoice of all products ordered from Descor. The net invoice amount does not include any taxes or freight. Discount cannot exceed 50/10 based on 2014 pricing. Hardware only orders do not qualify i.e. metal bases, power grommets, telcom plates. Program expires December 31, 2015.
  20. The following keyboard tray combo codes will be paid $20.00 from Global Contract and Global Upholstery. The dealer rep will only be paid on the combo codes shown below when the discount does not exceed the discount restriction in point 9:

  22. The following series are eligible to be paid 1% of net purchase as long as the fabric on the chair is grade 6 or higher and the discount is not greater then the discounts in point 9.  This is valid for orders entered from January 1 2015 - December 31 2015.
